POLICY & FUNDING CONCERNS The Education Department is preparing to cut millions in special education funding, with advocates warning of significant impacts. Fears are growing about potential cuts to special education support funding. Social Security is working on plans to limit access to SSI benefits. The Labor Department wants to remove pay and overtime protections for disability caregivers, adding to concerns about workforce support.
